Impactview is an initiative by Fortify.team, a company that works with impact-first startups and scale-ups to develop their company culture. Because we also work with many investors, we noticed that there are many more investors that want to invest in impact-first startups. But they were struggling to find the right one or to find the right co-investors. And that is exactly the problem we want to solve with this team.

Project Lead
Our multi-talented project manager. After graduating cum laude, Manon worked at a circular fashion company and started her study in industrial design. Manon is the driving force behind our operations.

Events & organization
It is for a reason that Marijke is called ‘The all-seeing eye”. As a seasoned project and event manager, she now oversees everything that needs structuring at Fortify and Impactview.

Initiator
After his career in sports, Paul quickly shifted his attention to the world of entrepreneurship. First in health, later in HR and investments. Nowadays, Paul is focused on helping impact-first founders.
